Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Palazzo. We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging with tags and invoice.
  • Products with stains, wear, or damage will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at spalazzolinens@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images of the product (if damaged/incorrect)
Our support team will respond with return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or washed bed sheet covers
  • Customized or discounted products
  • Items returned after 7 days
