Thank you for shopping with Palazzo. We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging with tags and invoice.
- Products with stains, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at spalazzolinens@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear images of the product (if damaged/incorrect)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or washed bed sheet covers
- Customized or discounted products
- Items returned after 7 days
